I can highly recommend Steve Powell. He is amazingly skilled and managed to install equipment in our stone built home which ensured we had efficient Wi-Fi for our computers and the right Ethernet connectivity for Sky Q. He is professional, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. He will advise on the best options and is well priced.

Steve has done some work at my premises on more than one occasion and has always been reliable and knowledgeable in his resolutions to the faults I report. When we were let down by a large national phone system supplier (at the last minute), Steve came to our rescue. Steve is very much a “tell me what you need and what you want and I’ll just do it” kind of guy and the results could not have been better. Normally these things seem to take weeks and weeks, but Steve visited, looked, made a few notes and we had a quote the next day and the system installed within 3 weeks. Additionally, whilst we didnt get the quote in a flashy folder or a free pen, we did save ourselves nearly £2k, which has in fact prompted us to review our contracts and spending in other areas. We have an ongoing maintenance agreement and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him (and have) to other clients.

My company frequently uses Steve for bespoke network design & installation work. This usually revolves around complicated network solutions, in the more challenging of environments!

Steve’s attention to detail, creativity combined with a “nothing is too much” attitude is somewhat unique in this industry & is why we always use Steve when we have to sub-contract work.

Steve first did some work for us in 2008 when he provided us with a wireless building link after local contractors cut through our fibre link from our warehouse to our offices. Since then we have had him back twice, to install a telephone system and then to troubleshoot an issue with our broadband. Our wireless link and phone system is still up without a single loss of service and thats the stuff that matters to us.

Hired Steve for his SEO skills to get one of our websites onto Google. Very happy with the results and the price was £2k cheaper than our best price.

Would not hesitate to put more work his way.

Steve first turned out to our house on New Year’s day 2009 when our broadband had completely died. He sorted everything, laid new wires, drilled holes where we needed them… did everything with intelligence and forethought. He’s been back twice since, when our daughter moved back in and needed a room that had previously been phone-free to be compatible with the rest of the house, and then again, when we had problems with TalkTalk.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Steve has been used by us on several occassions and everytime has delivered as promised and on time, and also in one instance enabled our whole office to connect to the internet when our broadband was down (dont ask me how!) arriving on his day off (sunday) to do this.
